With over a decade of experience in hospitality and events, Noemi Padelli brings calm, care and creativity to every celebration she helps create at Pullman Bunker Bay Resort.

Since joining the team in early 2023 as our dedicated Wedding and Events Coordinator, Noemi has helped countless couples bring their vision to life in one of Western Australia's most breathtaking wedding destinations.

Having worked across a wide range of events, Noemi’s passion lies in the details. From early planning through to the final toast, she partners with each couple to ensure a seamless experience that reflects their unique style.

“I always take the time to really listen to how couples imagine their day unfolding. My role is to take that vision and bring it to life through meticulous planning and attention to detail.”

Whether it's a beachfront ceremony, an alfresco dinner under the stars, or a modern reception in one of our indoor venues, Noemi is there every step of the way.

“I create a detailed Banquet Event Order that recaps everything happening on the day. That way, there are no surprises and couples can feel completely at ease.”
