With more than 700sqm of meeting space, villa-style accommodation and event facilities for up to 400 guests, the resort is designed for conferences, retreats and business events that need more than a standard meeting room.

Make it coastal
At Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, meetings do not need to stay inside the room.
Start the day with a self-guided beach walk and complimentary juice or coffee before moving into focused sessions, planning workshops or team conversations. Between meetings, guests can step out to Bunker Bay Beach, dine at Other Side of the Moon Restaurant, book time at Vie Spa or return to the privacy of their villa.
This is meeting by the coast, with space for clear thinking, genuine connection and downtime that feels part of the program.

Pullman Bunker Bay Resort offers a collection of indoor and outdoor event spaces that can be shaped around the style of your program.
For larger sessions, Kaartdijinup offers flexible function space suited to conferences, presentations and group dining. The room can also be split into smaller spaces, giving planners more flexibility across multi-day programs, breakouts or concurrent sessions.
For smaller meetings and leadership groups, Wardan offers a light-filled setting with ocean views and access to a private outdoor terrace. Karlup is suited to more intimate meetings, private dining or boardroom-style conversations, with a smaller footprint and its own ocean-view courtyard.
Programs can also move outdoors. Ocean Terrace works well for cocktail moments, group dining and sunset-style gatherings, while Other Side of the Moon Restaurant can extend the event into a more relaxed dining experience with views across the resort. For informal moments, welcome drinks or wellness-led breaks, the resort’s amphitheatre and coastal surroundings help bring the destination into the event.
