WHAT TIME CAN MY RECEPTION RUN UNTILL?
Licensing restrictions apply for noise and alcohol service across our venues:

  • Ocean Terrace: Evening receptions may run until 12.00am, with music concluding by 11.00pm in line with local noise regulations. Alternate arrangements can be discussed in advance.
  • Kaartdijinup, Wardan and other internal venues: Receptions may continue until 12.00am. Post-midnight extensions may be possible with prior approval.

We recommend confirming your preferred timing with our Wedding Coordinator during the planning process.

WHAT BEVERAGES OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer a range of curated beverage packages featuring house or premium wine and beer selections, or a combination of both. Your final beverage list will be confirmed 30 days prior to your wedding. Please note that BYO alcohol is not permitted.

CAN YOU TENTATIVELY HOLD A DATE FOR US?
Function spaces are secured once a signed contract and deposit have been received. Rates in your proposal are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change after that. Contact our Wedding Coordinator to request a personalised proposal.

ARE THERE MINIMUM SPENDS OR GUEST NUMBERS?
Our wedding packages are available for a minimum of 40 guests. For smaller celebrations, we can offer flexible group dining options to suit your needs.

WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
To confirm your booking, we will issue a contract that must be signed and returned within 30 days along with your initial deposit. Final payment is due one month before your wedding date. A customised payment schedule can be arranged if needed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS AND I'VE BOOKED AN OUTDOOR SPACE? 
An indoor backup venue can be secured ahead of time for an additional cost. We recommend discussing this option early in your planning to ensure you're fully prepared.

CAN I VISIT THE VENUE BEFORE BOOKING?
Yes, we'd love to show you around. Viewings are by appointment and subject to availability. To arrange a tour or meet with our Wedding Coordinator, please get in touch.
