Cheyenne & Mitchell - April 2023

The venue is what won us over in the first Instance. The venue, the view and the possibilities were only limited by our imagination. It was absolutely spectacular. Secondly the staff were incredible. Always helpful and happy to see us or any of our guests. When planning our wedding Noemi was absolutely wonderful. She made the whole event run smoothly and we could not be more impressed with her professionalism and fantastic coordination.We loved that Pullman had many areas you could use to hold our wedding. We chose the grand entry for the ceremony which was absolutely beautiful and our guests were comfortable as they weren’t in the sun. We then held our reception on the terrace, cocktail style with pre dinner drinks also held on the terrace. We were blessed with a warm still evening and the views before the sunset were a real treat for the guests.Many of our guests commented on the food and how good it was. We found the accommodation perfect with a lot of our guests stayed at Pullman as well as us before and after our wedding.

We are so glad we chose Pullman to have our wedding at, it was the most beautiful and perfect day and we couldn’t recommend it more to anyone thinking of having it there. Thank you so much for allowing us to have our wedding at Pullman! We absolutely loved it!

We want to thank you for all your efforts to make our special day run smoother and more memorable.  All our guests had a great time; they enjoyed the entire experience. The food was delicious, and the staff were warm and friendly. The word most of our guests used was 'Accommodating'. We felt the same.

Matt, thank you for your time attending the meeting and phone conversations. We loved the pleasant surprise of removing the umbrellas. I hope you'd consider this as an option for future events. It's a beautiful view, and who would want to enjoy less of it? Tara, thank you for overseeing everything and helping us with the place card at the last minute. The seating chart looked amazing. Finally, Noemi, thank you for taking over at the eleventh hour and doing everything possible to fix any concerns raised. You excelled in coordinating everything on the day. A special thanks to all the staff, who always wore a great smile. There's no doubt we will see you soon. Our guests loved their experience so much that we are contemplating celebrating our anniversary next year and inviting everyone for a big party.

Wow where to start, to be honest I was all a bit too relaxed about everything and I wasn't too sure how it would all flow etc, but I was overwhelmed with the service the Pullman provided!
All of the guests were absolutely amazed by the food service. Comments streamed from "best food ever at a wedding" to "how did you manage that food menu, it was amazing", I don't think there was a stomach present that wasn't happy!!
The overall service from rooms, to set up and ceremony and reception was amazing! As they say the full package, well we definitely got it.I wouldn't change one piece.
Once again thank you and your team for the wonderful occasion, this is a memory that will forever be in our hearts.
Rest assured I have no problems recommending your services.

We had the most perfect day, everything was incredible - so many of our guests commented on just how easy everything was - they were so relaxed, the food was delicious, the staff at the reception were amazing, so friendly and accommodating - we absolutely loved it.

Working with Donna was nothing short of a pleasure - Donna and the Pullman team were absolutely amazing from start to finish and was so responsive it felt like I was her only client! Having her on board meant that the wedding planning process was a fun, enjoyable experience and it gave me the chance to really soak up the excitement in the lead-up to the day. I also had complete peace of mind on the day, knowing that someone was there to handle things should anything happen (and of course everything went completely smoothly!).

One of our main requests was that everyone was well fed and the Pullman did not disappoint, we had so many comments from our guests about how good the food was, especially the canapes. When talking to other vendors, so many of them had such great things to say about Donna which also gave me complete trust that it was all going to turn out perfectly. Thank you for helping us pull off our dream wedding!

I don't even know how to begin to describe how phenomenal you were throughout the entire process.
From convincing us right from the beginning you were 'with us' (it's part of the reason we opted for Pullman), to working through all our questions, guiding us the entire time - it was such an amazing experience.
 
We found Pullman incredibly generous, from our complimentary tasting & wedding night, to the very much appreciated gift card to come back again.
 
The day of, yourself and all the staff were amazing, constantly checking if I needed a drink, bringing food (I don't think I would have had a chance to eat with constantly talking to people, let alone find GF food if it wasn't for yourself and the team), to in the lead up, you went so far above and beyond what we ever could have expected of a coordinator.
 
Honestly, we cannot thank you enough for helping to create our dream day, and make the entire process so stress free. Thank you, thank you sooo much!

Ray and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the Pullman team. We had the most amazing wedding day!!

Thank you for all your hard work behind the scenes, coordinating everything, for being so amazing through COVID and multiple reschedules. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing group of suppliers particularly hearing horror stories from couples over east.

Compliments to the chef. The food was spectacular and everyone commented on how good it was. Also the wait staff were amazing all night. We loved the deck setting, it looked beautiful and how lucky were we with the weather?!

Thank you for our wedding gift from Pullmans. We will definitely be back and hope to make staying here our anniversary tradition. We had the most perfect day!! THANK YOU!!

If you could please pass on a huge thankyou to Darryn and his team - all of the food on the night was absolutely delicious! Everyone is still raving about the food, and the staff were all so lovely on the night and so accommodating getting us lots of blankets & heaters to keep everyone cosy warm (who knew we would be needing those in February!!!!).
 
Also thank you for organising a beautiful bottle of sparkling for us and the generous accommodation stay gift voucher - we already cannot wait to come back and celebrate our anniversary next year.
