IRONMAN Western Australia 2026
Chase Your Personal Best. Recover by the Coast.
IRONMAN Western Australia returns to Busselton this December, bringing one of the most sought-after endurance events in the Asia Pacific to the shores of Geographe Bay.
Known for its fast, flat course and relaxed coastal setting, IRONMAN WA continues to attract athletes from across Australia and around the world. It’s a race built for personal bests, whether it’s your first finish line or your fastest yet.
The day begins with a calm swim in Geographe Bay alongside the iconic Busselton Jetty, before athletes take on a smooth, uninterrupted bike course and a run that rewards consistency and focus. It’s a course that lets you settle in, push hard and finish strong.
More Than Race Day
Race weekend in Busselton carries a distinct energy. Support crews line the course, spectators gather along the foreshore, and the town takes on a sense of shared momentum from sunrise to the final finisher.
For younger athletes, IRONKIDS Busselton takes place on Saturday 5 December 2026, offering a chance for kids aged 7–13 to get involved and experience the excitement of race weekend.
Stay Close, Recover Properly
Located just 30 minutes from Busselton, Pullman Bunker Bay Resort offers a calm and comfortable base before and after race day.
After the intensity of the course, return to spacious villa-style accommodation, quiet natural surrounds and the space to properly reset. Vie Spa offers recovery-focused treatments, while the coastal setting makes it easy to unwind at your own pace.
It’s a stay that works just as well for pre-race preparation as it does for post-race recovery.
