The Busselton Jetty Swim is one of Western Australia’s most-loved annual sporting events, attracting thousands of swimmers and spectators to the turquoise shores of Geographe Bay. Across two days, competitors of all ages take on distances ranging from short family-friendly swims to the legendary 3.6km swim around the Busselton Jetty — the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere.
Saturday sets the tone with the Kids Swim, Simon’s 500m Shortcut Swim, and team relays, while Sunday showcases the signature solo race around the jetty and the One Mile Swim to Shore. Beyond the competition, the weekend is filled with family-friendly entertainment, beachside food stalls, and a free sunset concert on Saturday evening.
