Aptly named after the nearby Other Side of the Moon surf break - a magical place where you can watch the moon rise and set over the ocean - the heart and soul of this outstanding restaurant and bar is the array of fresh, locally sourced produce featured proudly on its modern Australian menus.

Pullman Executive Chef Beau Ridgers and his team have a passion for promoting local produce. The restaurant's core ethos is fresh is best, utilising only the freshest, and where possible, sustainable local produce for seasonal and constantly evolving menus.

The restaurant’s location in the world renowned Margaret River Wine Region has led to an extensive wine list featuring a treasure trove of award-winning local wines, and sumptuous buffet breakfasts include complimentary local sparkling wine on request.

Starring a who's who of the Margaret River's local best, the restaurant menu pays homage to indigenous ingredients that flourish in Bunker Bay during the Wardandi six seasons. Indulge in succulent, locally bred Big Red pork belly and marbled wagyu beef, Denmark mushrooms, foraged herbs, Manjimup truffle oil, Cambray pecorino and native pepper berry... just to name a few.

The a la carte dinner menu is complemented by decaent desserts from Pullman's French Pastry Chef Romain Lassiaille.
