Farm Platter

Gather around for a hearty festive feast with our farm-fresh platter, crafted for sharing and full of generous local flavours. Ideal for four to six guests, this indulgent spread celebrates the best of land and fire.

Includes:
• 4 x 150g aged South West sirloin steaks
• ½ dozen Valley Spring lamb loin chops
• 6 x 100g homemade beef sausages
• 6 chicken satay skewers
• 4 wagyu beef burger patties
• 4 x 100g local pork chops

Served with freshly baked buns, signature BBQ sauce, classic tomato sauce and a vibrant homemade salad to complete the feast. Perfect for 4 to 6 guests.

Plus, $10 from each order will be donated to FAWNA, a local wildlife rescue and rehabilitation charity supporting native animals in the Margaret River region.

Seafood Platter

Treat yourself and your loved ones to a spectacular ocean-to-plate seafood experience this Christmas. Our curated Seafood Platter is designed to impress, featuring premium Western Australian seafood and gourmet accompaniments.

Includes:
• ½ dozen Coffin Bay oysters with mignonette
• Whole crayfish halves with lemon butter
• ½ dozen Shark Bay prawns with Thousand Island dressing
• Moreton Bay bug halves
• ½ dozen Shark Bay scallops
• 200g tuna tataki

Served with pickled ginger, tartar sauce, tomato salsa and a 200g octopus salad. Ideal for 4 to 6 guests.
