Complimentary Yoga Classes

Our complimentary yoga class for Pullman guests runs every Saturday from 8am to 9:15am, subject to availability - led by experienced local yoga instructor Shelley Guy and her talented team.

Shelley has been leading health and fitness classes for over 25 years and is one of Western Australia’s longest accredited fitness instructors. Her introduction to yoga began 15 years ago as a mental and physical release from her full-time work as a TV Commercial Producer, Journalist and Fitness Instructor.

Shelley's regular clients range from beginners to experienced, 14 to 74 year olds, tradies and surfers to business people and mums. Shelley believes that through the practice of yoga there is a great connection with the mind and deeper layers of our being that very few other physical activities touch on, and sees teaching as more than guiding people to understand, strengthen and stretch their bodies, but also to find some peace, calm and contentment in life.

Can't make the class?

You'll discover Pullman's dedicated Sarah Hoey in-room TV channel displaying 7 minutes workout videos, plus an extended 45 minutes yoga session video available for all guests who wish to workout in their rooms. In addition, call the operator and request for a Pullman Fitness Bag to be delivered to you room free of charge for usage up to 4 hours.
