Join us at Pullman Bunker Bay for an interactive wine dinner and wine tasting seminar with renowned winemaker Bruce Dukes of Domaine Naturaliste wines.


Learn an insider’s story of this renowned wine region with Domaine Naturaliste’s owner and winemaker, Bruce Dukes. After nearly three decades working closely with producers in Margaret River, Western Australia, Bruce launched his own range of highly acclaimed wines which strike a tender balance between taste, fragrance and texture.

The evening will be complemented by an exquisite 5-course tasting menu from Pullman Executive Chef Gilles England-Brassy, with expertly paired wines from Domaine Naturaliste designed to enhance the brilliance of the region’s local produce.
